Bachelor of Science-Bachelor of Education (B.Sc-B.Ed.-Integrated)
B.Sc.-B.Ed. Integrated programme has been prescribed by National Council for Teacher’s Education and Ministry of Human Resource Development, New Delhi as compulsory qualification for teaching in Secondary and Senior Secondary Schools i.e. from Class 9th to Class 12th, even this is the alternative qualification for teaching in elementary education schools i.e. class 1st to class 8th.
The Programme is duly approved by National Council for Teacher’s Education.

Thus, those teachers, who doesn’t possess B.Sc.-B.Ed. Integrated or eq. and teaching in Secondary and Senior Secondary Schools i.e. from Class 9th to Class 12th are required to complete the programme by 2019, also the holders of B.Sc.-B.Ed. degree will eligible to teach in elementary schools i.e. form class 1st to class 8th. After that all the untrained teachers, who will not have the minimum qualification, would not be allowed to continue in the service beyond April 1, 2019.
B.Sc.-B.Ed. Integrated programme of Arunachal University of Studies is duly recognized by the National Council for Teacher’s Education (NCTE) and specifically designed for the candidate who wish to pursue teaching profession. This course has been designed to cater the teaching needs of education system from elementary to senior secondary at the national and global levels.
Madhav Sadashiv Golwalkar Scholarship for B.Sc.-B.Ed. Integrated programme 2018-19.
Shri Madhav Sadashiv Golwalkar Scholarship for Bachelor of Science – Bachelor of Education (B.Sc.-B.Ed. Integrated) Programme is dedicated to the students of Arunachal University of Studies, Faculty of Education students who wish to pursue B.Sc.-B.Ed. Integrated from Arunachal University of Studies in Academic Session 2018-19. The World Education Mission will provide Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand Rupees) Scholarship to the students.
The Candidates are required to submit duly filled in application to the office of World Education Mission by 30 June, 2018 duly recommended by the Vice-Chancellor. The Merit list will be declared by July 15, 2018. It will be mandatory for the Candidate to maintain 80% attendance and 60% marks in first year of B.Sc.-B.Ed. Integrated programme for continuation of Scholarship into the second year.
