India has more than 50% of its population below the age of 25 years and more than 65% below the age of 35. It is expected that, in 2020, the average age of an Indian will be 29 years, compared to 37 for China and 48 for Japan. This is the most critical decade for the country in its journey from developing nation to a developed nation. It is possible that despite of having the largest population in working age bracket, the country gets stuck in slow economic growth with problems like unemployment and poverty. On the other hand, this population bracket can be guided to deliver high growth alleviating such problems. This is possible only by imparting education which is practically applicable and holistic.

I would like to share Principles-Intent-Values ideology which I would like everyone associated with this organization to imbibe. I have developed this through my years of experience in grooming thousands of students to successful careers and lives. Our organization’s core intent is to provide Best in Class faculty and infrastructure to our students which would act as the base in building the University’s name. On top of this, we need to develop and impart knowledge which can be utilized practically to make a difference in the world. When we would be able to deliver these two, then we will be able to create a platform where our students and faculty can do pathbreaking research. We must deliver these pillars by adhering to our principles and values. Pursuit for excellence, continuous learning and service to community & environment are principles that we need to exhibit in every task we execute daily. Also, no action should defy our values of integrity, encouraging diversity & non-discrimination and honesty & self-awareness.
