Educating young minds starting from the kinder level is one of the important terms to follow. India from the ancient period is well known for the education system for tiny tots and teenagers in its old Gurukul system. Learning tender minds & to feed them with value education is one of the best things our country ever has. Although the education at the elementary level does not contain a vast syllabus and learning material, yet the chapter is challenging, and to prepare the teachers accordingly is the need of the hour.
The teachers’ training department offers a comprehensive course for the elementary teachers who are going to manage the kinder garden in any of the parts of the country. At the core level, one gets to understand all the techniques and methods to teach small children effectively. At the same time, the department is well aware of the challenging atmosphere of play way schools and elementary levels in the metro cities and is ready to embrace our aspiring students with all the methods of learning by doing. The curriculum not only teaches how to cover all the elementary subjects but also the strategies used to develop children’s interest in school and learning.
The course is designed for a 2-year full- time period to train teachers for the primary level & can be done with classroom training or distance learning. Where the theory part is meant for 1.5 year rest months are utilized for practical training with the elementary school children. The training used to be in government or private schools where diploma holders are given actual interaction with the children and to face day to day challenges. Trainers who accompany them during their training periods help them to understand every moment and assist them in making a balance between their classes and the theory they learned.
