Need and opportunities in scientific research on 23 March 2018.

Retired Senior Scientist Dr. Ravikant Altekar of Babha Atomic Research Center interacted with the students at the University Seminar Hall on the topic “Need and opportunities in scientific research” on 23 March 2018.
Around 150 students were present. The students expressed their happiness and were overwhelmed with the interesting presentation by Dr. Ravikant Altekar.

AUS Vice-Chacellor presenting Lord Buddha to His Holiness Dalai Lama. His Holiness expressed his happiness to see the Vice Chancellor from the extreme North Eastern University and blessed AUS for all its future endeavors. 
His Holiness the Dalai Lama at the 92nd Annual Meet of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) at the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies in Sarnath, India. On March 19th His Holiness delivered the Inaugural Address and on March 20th participate in an interactive session on Universal Values with Vice Chancellors.

The Job Mela cum Skill Development, Sensitisation, Motivation & Trainees Selection Rally organised by Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh at AUS Knowledge City on Feb 22, 2018. The event was attended by Sh. R.K. Sharma (Dy. Commissioner, Namsai), Sh. Subu Tabin (Director – Skill Dev. & Enterpreneurship), Ms. Nishtha (NSDC Co-ordinator North East Region), Sh. Kyasing (Chairman – Zila Parishad), Sh. B.R. Dey (Astt. Director of Industries). Many Banks, Educational Institutions, the industry fraternity gathered in the event to give career guidance & training opportunities to the job seekers & aspirants

AUS honoured as “Best Knowledge Creation & Innovation University”

AUS honoured as “Best Knowledge Creation & Innovation University” by Dr. Satyapal Singh, Hon. Union MoS HRD (Higher Edu.) GOI, & Dr. Harshvardhan, Hon. Union Minister for Science & Technology, GOI, in the 11th ASSOCHAM Higher Education Summit & National Education Excellence Awards 2018. The Vice Chancellor Prof. V.K. Kawatra & Registrar Mr. Divyanshu Goel received the honour on behalf of the University.
