AUS OBSERVES INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY, 2023
The faculty of Arts & Social Sciences of Arunachal University of Studies organized a series of events to observe the International Women’s Day, 2023 on 7th March. The event started with a rally from AUS to Telbari village, Namsai, flagged off Prof. D.S. Hernwall, VC, AUS. Students of various departments participated in the rally.
Various speakers including the Chief Guest, Nang Urmila Manchekun, ZPC, Namsai, Shri H. N. Dubey, Director PR, AUS, Dr. Biplab Tripathy, Assistant Dean, Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences, AUS, and other faculties of the university took the occasion for speaking about enhancing the status of women in various aspects.
